The first thing we need to do is determine what kind of staging works best for you? Give us a call at 415-533-6656 and we can talk about your needs. Once we have an initial idea we will set up a meeting at your home, following which, we will provide you with a proposal for our work detailing our recommendations and staging plan. If you would like to move forward, we will enter into an agreement that sets out in detail, our terms and conditions. Staging usually takes place a few days before your first broker’s open or open house.
