Can I live in my home while it’s staged?

Yes and No! The purpose of staging is to create an idealized environment. How we live on a day-to-day basis and how a home needs to present for sale, are unfortunately, at odds with each other. If you are able to find alternative accommodation whilst your house is on the market, we strongly recommend it. Where we have provided a fully staged property we do not allow the use of any of our assets. We do, however, also understand that moving out is not always an option and where a property is partially staged and is smoke and pet free we are happy to work out a sensible arrangement with you. We do however request that the placement of the furnishings and accessories are maintained throughout the duration of the sale. This ensures that you have the best chance of selling your home quickly and at the price you want. We do not allow the use of any bedding or other linens.
