Staging Consultation A consultation begins with a visit to your home for a walk through and evaluation of each room. We will discuss with you your home’s best features, as well as trouble spots and give you simple remedies and enhancements that you can complete yourselves. For example, what to move, relocate, store, and declutter in order to get your home into staged condition. Depending on the size of your home this will usually be completed in one initial visit. If desired we can prepare a detailed, written action plan that you can implement yourselves. Supplementary or Partial Staging Begins with an evaluation of each room in your home with a view to reorganizing and enhancing your space, by determining what should be moved, relocated decluttered and stored. We will principally work with your existing furnishings and where appropriate, we supplement with key pieces of furniture and accessories. This usually takes 2 visits; one to conduct the initial walk though, following which we prepare an action plan for the homeowner to implement prior to our next visit. A second visit is then scheduled to implement the reorganization and install of new furnishings and accessories. Full or Vacant Staging If you have already moved out of your home, plan on moving out prior to listing or intend to store all of your own belongings, we will fully furnish and accessorize any or all of the rooms in your home. We will use our extensive inventory of furnishings and accessories that will best complement the style and character of your home. Following any agreed renovations, we will plan the installation to furnish and accessorize your home.
